Safety First: First Aid & CPR Training at Diana Shipping Services

Safety is a core value for Diana Shipping Services S.A., and this week we put that value into action. We hosted a practical First Aid, CPR and the use of a defibrillator training session for our team, giving to the participants the opportunity to learn and practice essential life-saving skills.

Led by Dr. Angeli, the session combined clear, practical instruction with realistic simulations. Our colleagues practiced CPR techniques, learned how to respond to common emergencies, and discussed how to stay calm and act quickly in critical moments. The goal was simple: to ensure that each of us is better prepared to help, whether at the office or in our everyday lives.
