Corporate Communications Associate

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Communications Associate to manage our company’s external corporate communications and marketing activities, helping to maintain a consistent and compelling corporate image and reputation. This role is part of the Corporate Development, Governance, and Communications department and reports directly to the department’s Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Write original, compelling copy for brand sites, newsletters, and social media.
  • Monitor the company’s online presence.
  • Draft press releases, public statements, and materials for financial and corporate communications.
  • Produce high-quality content for various reports, platforms, presentations, and audiences.
  • Organize and communicate externally about charity/donation events and ESG corporate initiatives.

Requirements

  • Academic background in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in corporate communications or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of the shipping industry is a plus.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in Greek and English, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO, social media analytics, and content management tools.
  • Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
