HR Professional (Performance & People Development Focus)

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Professional to join our agile HR team. Over the last years, we have been investing in our people, shaping our employee experience, and building on the strong cultural foundation that defines who we are. With your contribution, we want to have an even bigger positive impact!

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of our evolving performance management framework, ensuring processes are followed consistently across the organization.
  • Drive learning and development programs to foster continuous employee growth and skill enhancement.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Guide managers and employees on goal-setting, performance expectations, and development planning, promoting a consistent employee experience across the organization.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across our people & culture agenda.

What We are Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in HR.
  • Experience in recruitment, performance management and people development (experience in HR business partnering would be considered a plus).
  • Active interest in latest HR practices, with the ability to integrate them into HR processes that fit our organisation.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, deliver clear advice and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Flexibility and can-do attitude. In a lean team like ours, we share the load, we pivot based on priorities, and we all step in to get things done.
